Dustin has over 13 years of experience in governmental accounting. Dustin was a governmental auditor for 7 years, including leading a team of over 20 audit engagements. He has extensive expertise in all phases of the audit and review process.
Dustin also has over 5 years of experience in school finance, previously working as an accountant and business manager for Forest Grove School District and Banks School District, respectively. He was involved in all aspects of managing school district finances, including preparing budgets, financial reporting, grant compliance, managing school nutrition programs, developing and monitoring internal controls, cash management, payroll and human resources, collaborating with school administration at all levels, and contributing to a successful $50 million general obligation bond measure and sale. Dustin prides himself on providing financial expertise and competency coupled with a strong ability to communicate with a variety stakeholders.

Dustin has presented to numerous school boards and related committees with information ranging from audit reports to monthly financial reports to annual budgets. He has been a member of the Oregon Association of School Business Officials and has participated in its School Finance Academy.
Education
Dustin graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
